The Dreadblade Harrows are depicted as a pair of spectral knights mounted on eerie steeds, appearing slightly more substantial than many other Nighthaunt entities, yet equally ominous. Each wields a dreadblade in their right hand, reins gripped firmly in their left—spiked and ornate sets for each respective rider. Their forms are obscured beneath tattered cloaks, revealing only a helmeted skull peering out. Their steeds are muscular and imposing, with ethereal skin torn and ribs exposed, their heads mere skulls.
